- Prepare management reports of all occurrences on the association property
- Attend monthly board meetings at no additional cost
- Prepare and distribute notices, meeting dates, and minutes from all meetings to all residents of the condominium
- Handle contracts for the association
- Provide open communication with board members and residents of the association.
Financial Responsibilities:
- Collect monthly fees from all residents
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Handle the budget for the association
- Use database to record and monitor all expenses and payments made for the property.
